A light, approachable introduction
A casual, collaborative introduction to Gestalt concepts—what it is, how it works, and why awareness matters. Includes open discussion and Q&A in a welcoming, no-pressure format.
Typology & Temperament $50 PP
Personality, patterns, and parts of self
Participants explore temperament styles, personality patterns, and the different “parts” we each carry—such as the roles we tend to play and which parts show up in certain situations. This workshop supports better communication, understanding, and balance.

A seasonal reflection workshop
Ideal toward the end of the school year or during seasonal transitions. Participants reflect on what went well, what felt challenging, and what they want to shift or carry forward—creating clarity and intention in a supportive, practical way.
While my work can go deep, it doesn’t have to.
